Prepare to be impressed! Featuring breathtaking views of Lake Tahoe, this estate home offers the best of everything! This luxurious mountain home offers a very private setting with delightful architectural details. The lot has four U.S. Forest service lots adjacent to the property! This home has been completely rebuilt with high quality details throughout.. The great room offers Acacia hardwood flooring, Montana ledge stone with a gas fireplace, built in surround sound, massive beams, huge picture windows and an incredible lake view deck. The kitchen has ample cabinet space including walnut cabinets and granite countertops, a spacious center island with a built in wine frig and a separate sink and faucet. The stainless commercial 48' range with double ovens and hood and 42”refrigerator are sure to impress! The master suite has its own gas log fireplace, private lake view deck, walk-in closet, dual sink vanity, shower and jetted tub. Below the garage you will find the “Man Cave” featuring a full bar with four electronic poker machines,just for viewing custom cabinetry and glass shelving, ice maker, bar sink, frig, home theatre with an “In Focus” HD projector with a 120' screen, half bath and a storage closet. The home has a separate mother-in-law unit which offers a full kitchen, living area, 2 bedrooms and one bath with an additional entrance! There was a lot we liked about the house and a lot we did not. The location was great, incredible view! The top floor was perfect - large living, kitchen, dining, patio... The bedrooms and bathrooms downstairs were not as good. Older carpet, much of the areas did not smell good at all. Did not feel clean. Sheets on master bed were either stained or not cleaned. House was very 'junky'. Electronics seemed old. Video poker games were 'for owner only'. Bathrooms were very odd and not matched up with bedrooms - but we at least figured that out before we got there by looking at the floor plan. Overall, we enjoyed the visit, but much of the house is in need of a makeover.
