Welcome to Pinnacle View!!
Located on Pinnacle Loop, this home has wonderful views of the mountains and is just minutes from Truckee and a short drive to all the major North Shore area ski resorts, Donner Lake, and Lake Tahoe. This modest but clean and comfy home will sleep 9 people maximum. There is a walkway with stairs that lead you down to the covered front door.
On the main level:
Full kitchen with plenty of counter space and kitchen bar for sitting.
Living room has a wood burning stove, wrap around couch and lots of light.
Dining area has a large table which seats 8
There are 2 bedrooms with Queen beds
Full bathroom with a shower/tub combo
Upper level:
Master bedroom with King bed
Full bathroom with shower / tub
Loft area has 3 Twin beds along with a sofa seat that pulls out to a small Twin
TV located in the loft as well
There is flat parking for 4 - 5 cars, No garage.
**Well behaved pets ok with approval and additional cleaning fee **
For Guests who are bringing a dog, extra fee (Pet Fee) is collected in the amount of $125.00 for one dog or $225.00 for two dogs.

Your stay includes six guest passes, each allowing access for one guest to enjoy Tahoe Donner's private amenities including pools, hot tubs, fitness center, golf, tennis, beach access at Donner Lake, and more. A daily entry fee applies, and children 2 and under are free. Please note that private amenities are available approximately 332 days per year, with holiday blackout dates in place to prioritize member access. STR guests always have access to public amenities. Amenity Update: Beginning September 2, all pools and hot tubs at Trout Creek Rec Center will close for renovations, reopening mid-December. The sauna, steam room, gym, and fitness classes will remain open. The Northwoods Clubhouse Pool will remain open until October 10.

House wasn’t cleaned at check in and snow and ice on walkway wasn’t shoveled. Manager arranged for cleaning crew to clean that night but we had to wait an hour outside and we had to shovel snow and pick ice for two hours. Someone came next day to throw down salt to melt ice. And they brought us a shovel but he did not shovel the snow. Washing machine was broken but manager arranged for it to be fixed. On check out day dryer broke but manager arranged for it to be fixed and she gave us a late checkout. Manager was responsive and helpful but house had a lot of problems. Kitchen was thoroughly stocked but we didn’t realize how much they had - appliances and spices- so we brought everything just in case. Wish they listed all the items that were in the kitchen so we didn’t have to bring them. The view was spectacular. Even with all the issues we had a terrific time. House located near all amenities. House was warm and homey.

We loved the big parking pad and the large, comfortable living room.
Of course, it was particularly convenient for us because it is right next to our family cabin, making travel to and fro easy as pumpkin pie.
The Pullen people were helpful and friendly, and made the whole process easy.
