About this apartment rental

- Ground floor: a lounge-dining room, a toilet with shower, a utility room and a fully equipped kitchen.



- First floor: a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, and a full bathroom with a bathtub.



Furthermore, the duplex includes a free outdoor parking space within the residential complex.



Located in the Veramar 6 textile development, where you can enjoy its communal swimming pool (open in summer) and extensive landscaped areas.



The area offers an excellent variety of services, with nearby bars and restaurants, as well as a large supermarket just 900 metres away.



Book now this terraced house in Vera Playa, where you can also visit nearby towns such as Garrucha, Mojácar and Villaricos. The Cabo de Gata-Níjar natural park and the Mini Hollywood theme park are less than 1 hour's drive away.



IMPORTANT: Duplex in a textile urbanisation situated in a naturist area. The nearest textile beach is about a 10-minute walk away, and the nearest naturist beach is about 600 metres away. Reasonable electricity consumption up to 15 kWh/day is included. Any excess will be charged. In the case of monthly rental with discount, electricity is NOT included. No pets / groups of young people allowed. Smoking is prohibited inside the duplex.

Generally as described. Nice South facing patio (and upper balcony). It was also great to have UK TV channels. Only negatives were poorly equipped kitchen, one broken bed, and heating not very effective (as we were there in Dec/Jan we didn't use the aircon). It was also a little noisy during the day, as it's very near a main road ( although the pictures don't show this).
