All good EXCePT was Dirty on arrival. Property manager had cleaning crew arrive the next day.

Unbeatable location on a beautiful beach right at Yardarm. Kitchen had just enough for a small group as far as plates, silverware etc. Comfortable beds. Well stocked with towels. Property manager was helpful and responsive.

We enjoyed our stay at this getaway on the ocean. Great communication, easy check-in, and above all a great location to enjoy the best time of year on L.I.!!
