The property features a King Master bedroom, twin bunks in the Bunk Bedroom and a sleeper sofa and a standard size sofa in the living area. There is plenty of space for everyone, so be the FIRST to book this beautiful property!

The updated kitchen features white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and granite counters, and is equipped with all of the utensils and small appliances you could need. You can enjoy your morning coffee on your private balcony every morning or at the kitchen bar. The living area has tons of seating and a large Smart flat- screen TV, which is perfect for movie nights.
The Master bedroom features a King Bed and has an en-suite bathroom. It's the perfect oasis after a long day at the beach! The Bunk Room has a door for added privacy and is just steps from the additional bathroom, where you will find a Washer and Dryer as well. With smart TVs throughout!

In general, these improvements will include the repair and replacement of the stucco façade at various areas, concrete repairs, sealant replacements, parking deck repairs, and a fresh coating. Noise levels may vary depending on the time of each arrival.

The renter must be at least 18, and if not at least 25 years of age, an additional $500 security deposit and photo ID will be required that must be paid to the management company. This fee is refundable as long as the condo is left in the same condition and no damages or excessive cleaning is found.
Shores of Panama charges a separate resort fee not included in the total cost. You will pay this by a separate link that is provided before check in. You must register your vehicles in order to receive the Parking Pass with this Unit.
The resort fee is $75.00 plus tax - $81.00

It was very clean and had a great view. Would have loved to have a dimmer lighting option in the bedrooms - It was absolutely blinding. The bed was comfy, but it is VERY high and we struggled to get up into it without using the footboard as a step stool.

Pictures are exactly what looks like. Over the condo was great. Couldn’t get tv in bunk room to work. The tv in living room will not play local channels. Other then that everything worked. Sheets in main bedroom would not stay on due to extra mattress topper. Stayed during spring break so it was very crowded. Would choose to stay again but different time due to all the college kids and for warmer weather.
