About this apartment rental

Apartment on the first line of Poniente beach, Benidorm, with direct access to the beach from the hotel. It has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower and capacity for 4 people.

Comfortable and very bright accommodation of 55 m², with panoramic views of the sea, the bay and the city.



It has an elevator, high speed fiber internet access (Wi-Fi), air conditioning, heat pump heating, 2 televisions (Smart TV), iron, communal and children's pool open seasonally, garden, tennis court, parking space in the same building.

The American ceramic hob kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.



- The delivery of keys and the check-in takes place at our office located at Avenida Rey Jaime I number 20, local 2, trade name BenidormBooking, in front of Burguer King.

- A deposit of 200€ is withheld on a credit/debit card as a deposit or cash, failing that.

- Check-in from 4:30 p.m. (high season from 6:00 p.m.)

- Check out before 11:00am

Lovely clean apartment with beautiful views of the sea but no balcony. Comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. We arrived on Sunday and we had to first of all find where to pick up the keys. That was stressful.We drove to where the apartments were but nobody was there to explain anything. It took us a long time to work out what to do to park in the car. We had to ask a lady in another hotel to help us and l felt it was not a good start to our holiday.We know now what to do but it doesn't seem right that no staff were showing us what to do. We loved the apartment but found the booking stressful. Only book if someone is there to greet you and explain the system it needs explaining as it complicated getting just the keys from a box and trying to work out where you have to go and which key fits what. Nice apartment with great sea view. Near Old Town. Was advertised with a pool, there is no access to the pool as it is closed. This false advertising is disappointing
