Sevierville cabin, unit 37 Three Bears is a charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath cabin nestled in a peaceful wooded resort in Sevierville, Tennessee. Located just minutes from the area’s top attractions and only 3.5 miles from Dollywood, this cozy retreat is the perfect place for families and friends to relax, reconnect, and create unforgettable Smoky Mountain memories.
The main level offers a warm and inviting living area featuring a 50-inch flat-screen TV and comfortable electric recliners—perfect for movie nights or relaxing after a day of adventure. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless-steel appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave, making meal preparation easy and convenient.
Also located on the main level is a spacious master bedroom featuring a king-size bed, whirlpool tub, and a private bathroom with a separate shower. Step outside onto the deck to enjoy the hot tub and a propane gas grill, patio table and chairs, and a relaxing porch swing surrounded by the peaceful wooded setting.
The lower level is designed for fun and entertainment. Guests can enjoy a second living area complete with a queen sleeper sofa, flat-screen TV for DVD viewing, mini refrigerator, foosball table, air hockey table, and a selection of board and card games for all ages. This level also includes two additional bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, along with a full bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo. A washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience.
Step outside onto the lower deck, where you’ll find rocking chairs and your very own private miniature putt-putt course—perfect for family fun right at the cabin.
As an added bonus, Three Bears is within walking distance to resort amenities including a playground, seasonal outdoor swimming pool, and a year-round stocked catch-and-release fishing pond. No fishing license is required—just bring your fishing gear and enjoy!

I was very disappointed that there was no propane for the grill. I didn't want to purchase any then have to haul it home 400 miles away in 100* weather. But other than that everything was perfect we will definitely be back.

The cabin was cozy. The kitchen has everything you need. We loved the cabin. The location is perfect to Walmart and Dollywood and all the entertainment. We would definitely stay there again.

The place could use a deep cleaning. Carpets and rugs need thrown out. Appliances wiped down. A working ice dispenser would of been nice. Roof leaked, it was a heavy downpour tho. No golf balls for the putt putt . Cobwebs in windows. Dusty deer head . On the good side... comfortable beds. Kitchen cabinets filled with pots and pans. Beautiful view off of back deck. Plenty of paper products, paper towels and toilet paper. Showers and toilets were clean. Located close to Texas Roadhouse and Applebees.
