Estrella Del Mar "Star of the Sea"

Estrella Del Mar is a lovely contemporary home with beautiful ocean views that can accommodate up to 8 people. The main floor has an open floorplan and deck ideal for entertaining, relaxing, and sipping a glass of wine while enjoying the California sunset you are dreaming of! On this level you’ll find a well appointed kitchen with updated appliances, coffee maker, Keurig, microwave, toaster oven, etc. There is bar seating for four and a dining room with seating for six. The living room has comfy seating for six, a fireplace, and a large Smart TV.



There are two tasetefully decorated bedrooms just off the main living space. Both rooms have queen size beds and flat screen TVs. Outside the sliding glass doors of the second and third bedroom, there is a garden view patio with a barbecue, dining table with seating for four, and a chaise lounge. These rooms share a full bath.



Up a short flight of stairs you’ll find a very private and luxurious Master Suite retreat with a wall of ocean view windows, window seats and cushy carpeting. The king size bed is flanked by nightstands with built in USB ports and reading lamps. Nearby is a comfy sitting area with a small pull out couch/love seat that can sleep one, a fireplace, and large flat-screen TV. The Master Bathroom has a huge shower with multiple showerheads, and double sinks.



Downstairs, (first floor) off the two-car garage, is an additional bedroom with bunk beds. A twin mattress on top and a full sized mattress on the bottom and it is decorated especially with children in mind. Just across the hall is the laundry room. There are ceiling fans throughout the home in addition to the sea breezes you'll enjoy.



Within the Sea Pointe complex, there is a sand volleyball court, a children's playground, two pools and hot tubs, two tennis courts, and a dog park. You can walk to nearby Torrey Pines State Beach but if you prefer to drive there is public parking available. There are several amazing restaurants within walking distance. In addition, there is a casual Mexican spot and a really fun Pizza place with an outdoor bar to hang out at and watch the sunset while you drink your favorite beverage. Not to mention a very cool coffee shop all within walking distance. You can also hike at Torrey Pines State Natural Reserve or golf at nearby Torrey Pines Golf Course. The Village of Del Mar offers wonderfully varied dining choices and great shopping. And you'll be close to the legendary Del Mar Racetrack.
