About this house rental
This 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home of 1000 square feet with an additional 200 square foot screened in porch with a table for outdoor dining and lounge furniture. It is located in the prized, private, lakefront community of Beachwood in Stockbridge, MA. The house is in a quiet location near the end of a dead end road and is surrounded in back and one side by woods. Fully equipped kitchen, access to private beach, a few miles from numerous cultural hotspots including Tanglewood, Shakespeare and Co., the Norman Rockwell Museum, Berkshire Theater, etc.

Rebecca was the most responsive host of any I have ever worked with. She was very available for our questions. It might be helpful for future guests to have some written instructions about how things work in the house to avoid so many calls. There were so many special touches- a well-stocked kitchen, plenty of plates and utensils, paper goods, garbage bags, etc. The screened-in porch is fabulous. The location is great! The neighborhood is quiet and people are respectful. It was a great 5 night stay and we highly recommend this house.

Sweet house; great location; very clean; had everything we needed! Dog friendly! Rebecca was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Definitely would recommend and hope to return!

House has plenty of room and a well-stocked kitchen. It is in a very quiet area developed about 50 years ago but maintained very well (although the access roads are a bit of a challenge). Easy access to Tanglewood (7 minutes), Stockbridge Bowl, (5 minutes), and Lenox (10 minutes). Would be happy to go back!

Rebecca's place was just right for our early autumn stay in the Berkshires. Furnishings were comfortable and attractive, and the kitchen was well equipped. We had many enjoyable meals on the screen porch. The Beachwood community is secluded yet very convenient.
