About this cottage rental
Our modern open concept one floor cottage has 4 bedrooms and is located in the private woodland community of Southcott Pines. It is fully equipped with gas furnace, gas fire, central a/c,, dishwasher, TV with netflix, CV and DVD and wifi. The main room is approx 35 ft with 14 ft cathedral ceilings. There are two decks with outdoor furniture and a gas BBQ. It is only a short walk to the private sandy beach of Southcott Pines. On the main floor there is a large master (queen bed) with walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom. There are two further bedrooms (one queen and one with twins) and additional shower room. The basement is not completely finished but there is a finished bedroom with queen bed and pullout sofa. There is also a commercial grade air hockey table in the basement. Please note we only rent to families or mature couples.

Absolutely loved this place. 8 of us came up on a golf trip, and we couldn’t believe the cleanliness and spaciousness of this cottage in Southcott Pines. Lynda and Martin were available for any questions we had. I highly recommend this stunning place. 10/10

Beautiful home in the woods. Private and quiet neighborhood. Close to all Grand Bend has to offer. Close to Pinery Provincial park. House held five adults and one teenager with comfort and ease. Great kitchen!

Great stay! The property was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Convenient location with easy access to the beach. The host was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

It was wonderful. The owner was available and nice to work with. The property inside and out is gorgeous. A beautiful walk to the beach and it was stunning. I’ll be back!
