There is a HEATED SWIMMING POOL (20 x 40) and a LIGHT for NIGHT SWIMMING. The pool is enclosed with a childproof fence covered with wisteria, roses and grapevines. You can relax in a HAMMOCK or take an OUTDOOR SHOWER. The PATIO has a GRILL and a PICNIC TABLE AND UMBRELLA for outdoor dining. There is a CANOE for the pond - for viewing of wildlife (birds, snapping turtles, ducks, and swans).


The house is near Sagg Main Beach (4 miles) where there is a LIFEGUARD. You can use our SEA KAYAK to explore the ocean and FISH. BIKE to the ocean, bay or towns. You are close to LOAVES AND FISHES (gourmet food store - 1.6 miles) and PIKE FRUIT AND VEGETABLE STAND. You are 3 miles from the Sagaponack General Store - PIERRE'S for the best croissants, coffee and sandwiches and the Sagaponack Post Office. You are 2 miles from the town of Sag Harbor and Bridgehampton.
