What an exceptional location in the midst of the hubbub of the Trevi Fountain. Good communication with the host and manager. The host sGreat set up with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The separated second bed/bath was great for our traveling group for privacy. The four flights of stairs were challenging with big/heavy suitcases.

Communication with VRBO host, Francesca was always fast and she fully supported all of our questions and requests. She arranged transport from airport - Thank you, Tony! - and allowed us to check in early. Leandro was super helpful at check in. Helped us with luggage up the 4 floors to the apartment, and was available via WhatsApp to help us arrange transport to the train station at the end of our stay - Thank you, again, Tony! One small thing is that without explanation, it's a frustrating learning curve to learn how to open the front door from both the outside and the inside, as well as the door to the apartment. The location is idea, literally steps from Trevi Fountain and large selection of restaurants and doable walks to the Vatican and the Colloseum, with all of the wonderful sights along the way. The terrace was a delight in the evenings with the retractable roof fully open and a nice breeze and bottle of wine to share with friends. The view of the flags atop the Presidential Palace was a lovely sight as well. All around great stay. It's not fancy, but it's clean and has all of the essentials and more. We felt like a local while staying there.

Such a cute place in an awesome location. Walking distance to everything. The patio space was amazing.

Great location, patio area was dirty and very hot, really unusable even with the roof open in the summer. Ac worked well. Amenities were very basic, it was the only place out of 5 we stayed at in Italy that did not provide bottled water, I probably would choose a different place. The stair climb to get to the top was not worth it.
