Charming & fully equipped recently renewed apartment with amazing sea views from sunny glazed terrace, free WiFi, big swimming pool(open during summer) & garden, surrounded by pine and palm trees, close to the beach, crossing the footbridge, and the famous coastal path, and all necessary services nearby!
Enjoy an unforgettable holiday at Costa del Sol staying in a cozy apartment with sea views, pool, private gardens, newly renovated and fully equipped. Located in a privileged setting, 200 meters from the beach ,crossing the footbridge, and the famous coastal wooden trail, surrounded by pine trees, and all services at few meters (restaurants, supermarkets, bus and taxi stops, pharmacy, post office..).
The apartment has a warm oak floors and has been lovingly decorated using noble materials and colors that give our guests a feeling of peace and harmony.
The kitchen -fully renovated- is equipped with all appliances: microwave, refrigerator, toaster, sandwich maker, kettle, juicer .. Also we provide all the utensils you may need during your stay: dishes, cutlery, glasses, wine glasses, coffee cups, tea pot, pots and pans, stainless steel and so on.
Bathroom with shower tropical rain. It also has a washing machine and a cabinet in which you will find towels, hair dryer, iron.
In the lounge you will find a HD TV 32 inch brand new in addition to watch your favorite shows or you can enjoy our fantastic film library with more than 700 films of all genres (action, comedy, drama, horror, sci-fi..). Free WiFi internet connection without limits (access to internet in any device: tablet, smartphone, you want and download e). The living room has a sofa bed easily convertible into a king size bed.
The bedroom is notable for its lightness and magnificent sea front views. You will find a "queen size" bed with a comfortable mattress, a spacious closet and dresser useful where you can store your belongings. During your stay we provide all necessary bedding (sheets, duvets, pillows ..).
The sunny terrace is undoubtedly our favorite place of the aparment. Breakfast bread with olive oil, drinking a glass of wine or chatting with the Mediterranean Sea background is a unique experience that we recommend to all our guests. The colorful sunsets are a real spectacle of sensations. On clear days you can see on the horizon the mountains of the nearby African continent and will remind located at the southernmost tip of Europe: the Costa del Sol.
The complex has a large swimming pool which open in summer and also has large green areas completely private to relaxing or play with your kids.

* It is very important to respect the neighborhood. You can always have fun and when respectful of others, especially at night and early morning. In the common areas please be respectful.
* Respect the environment, is the legacy that we will leave to future generations, so please do not leave lights on unnecessarily. Disconnect the heaters once you have finished using them.
* Be careful with the apartment. It has been recently renovated. Treat it as his own. Please let us know in advance if something breaks or something stops working.
* Please do not smoke in the apartment. Pets not allowed.
* Only the number of persons appearing on the reservation request may remain in the apartment.
* We love our plants every 4/5 days need some water, please let the watered
occasionally.
* 'Check in' from 21: 00h till 8 :00 has an extra cost of 30 €.
* Let us know at least 24 hours in advance of the exact time of departure.
* The loss of keys has a cost of 50 €.

We stayed at the apartment for 4 weeks on April, 2023. The apartment felt like our home away from home. It was so comfortable. The apartment is very clean and nicely decorated. It is located a short 5 minute walk to the long and beautiful beach.
There are many shops and restaurants close by. It is a short 3 minute walk to the bus stops that will get you swiftly and inexpensively to and from Malaga and Marbella, as well as many lovely towns along the way. A large grocery store (Carrefour) is only a 5 minute walk. The balcony has a great view of the Mediterranean. Very fast Wifi. The beds are very comfortable and every night was a good night sleep. The apartment is appointed with all the necessary amenities you will need. The listing is very accurate. The check in/ check out were extremely smooth. Our host Olga was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. We enjoyed our stay very much and I’m personally planning on returning 🔥

Thanks for a fantastic time. Seamless check in, great facilities. A real home from home. Lots of extra touches and wasn’t anything we needed that wasnt there. Great pool too. Olga was very fast at communication and couldn’t do enough for us! Fantastic xxx

Super clean and great location; great place to stay for a 2 weeks getaway. Amenities were perfect for what we needed for the stay, bed was comfortable and shower had lots of hot water. Cute sunny terrace you can see the sea from. Parking on the street was easy and directions for entry were simple. Supermarkets, bars, beach & restaurants less than 5 minutes walk away.
Nolan is a great host who always ensures the guests have everything they need, always offers advice and help and does so quickly!
We would definitely return if we were in the area.

The friendly and professional Nolan greeted us and showed us around the apartment. .
The place is lovely, with a nice zen decoration and fully equipped kitchen: really home sweet home.
It is so quiet , we only heard the birds in the mornings! The apartment was clean and comfortable for the 3 of us and suitable for what we required.
Strong WiFi for the children and lots of channels on the TV! Lovely grounds that were clean and supervised.
Good location and walking distance from the local shops,bus stops, bars and restaurants.
We had a car and always space to park just in front the zen flat. Really great stay, good value for money in this location and we would definitely return.
