SUNSET LAKE VILLA

This is a 4 star property with 5 star management. The house is roomy, and location is safe inside a neighborhood. The back porch and porch doors need a good cleaning and repair. Inside house was clean for sure, but queen bed was noisy and squeeky and probably needs replacing, and top bunk broke when my daughter got in it....simple fixes that would help escalate this to a higher rating. Ran out of paper towel, toilet paper and dish soap but we bought a bunch and left it there. No biggie, just details that are easy to fix.Instruction sheet was clear and descriptive, thanks for that! Safe, quiet, roomy. Good water pressure for showers, garage for rental car was great. We would rent again but would hope that these items would be reviewed and addressed.

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. Communication was easy and instructions were clear. The lanai, pond and hot tub were the highlights. We spent most of our time on the lanai and just listened to the birds and watched the wildlife. We even saw an otter! We used the hot tub each night and one of our party really appreciated the available bikes. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

We loved everything about the property from the location to the hot tub and sun porch to the very well equipped kitchen. This is a very comfortable house in a quiet residential area, close to good restaurants, parks, golf, downtown, and beaches. This Red Sox fan also appreciates that Jetblue park is less than an hour away.

We enjoyed our stay in this home. Well located to areas of Naples we were interested in including downtown restaurants and the beach. Nice city park a few minutes away with walking trail around a lake. Communication with owner was excellent.
