Welcome to Black Bearry Hill! Newly renovated and upgraded to suit your every need, this custom built 1600 sqft log cabin offers top amenities, 3 spacious bedrooms, a game room, a large yard, privacy and is centrally located between Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, Gatlinburg and the Glades Road Arts & Craft Center. Situated on its own acre of semi-secluded mountainside, easy roads to and from the cabin and offering plenty of parking space, Black Bearry Hill is in a class of its own.
Main Level:
This main level of this cabin includes the living room, kitchen, dining area, master bedroom and deck access.
The living room features plush leather furniture, a stacked-stone gas fireplace, a large flat-screen HDTV, and Blu-Ray player and high-speed Internet/WiFi throughout the cabin with full streaming capability and no buffering.
The fully equipped kitchen boasts all stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and an island bar with stools. The large family dining table seats 6 people comfortably. The game room on the main level offers a pool table, multi-arcade game and access to the deck.
The master bedroom offers a king size bed, large flat-screen HDTV, a two person Jacuzzi tub, and shares a full bathroom, featuring bluetooth speaker capability.
The back deck offers comfortable seating and a swing where guests can relax and enjoy the quiet moments in nature. The side deck features a soothing hot tub located in complete privacy. From here, you have access to the large yard with park-style charcoal grill, picnic table, and playground for the kids.
Upper Level:
The Upper Level features two bedrooms, a loft room to relax, a full bathroom and washer/dryer for your convenience.
The first bedroom on this level offers a king bed with a private dormer sitting area, a large flat-screen HDTV and shares a full bathroom.
The second, larger bedroom offers two queen beds, a large flat-screen HDTV and a dormer sitting area with a chess/Checkers table. All bedrooms have ample closet and drawer space.
Guests are provided with a complimentary Luxury Pass, offering a free ticket daily to several of the area’s most popular attractions.

But close enough to everything. Downstairs bathroom could have been a tad cleaner.

The property was easily accessible with very navigable roads. Close proximity to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Cabin had plenty of amenities for my family of 6, I would stay here again.
