Great location to attractions in both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We were able to get to nearly everything within 15 min. Check In was smooth. The cabin was spacious enough for our family to cohabitate. We enjoyed morning coffee on the patios listening to a rainstorm. The only downfalls were lightbulbs being out, the wifi not really working, lack of hand soap and both fireplaces not working regardless of how much we tried. We only stayed 2 nights so pushing the issue wasn’t really worth the bother.Tips for future guests: - write down or screenshot check in instructions as Cell Service is very spotty at the cabin until you get onto the wifi.- Being essentials. They don’t provide paper towels/napkins. We ended up also buying hand soap for washing our hands.

Hot tub was not working when we arrived. Maontenance showed up quickly, but stated they needed to drain the hot tub and clean after our stay.
