this apartment has high ceilings with nice molding...redone wood floors...granite in kitchen...while tile in bathroom...custom pain job...furnished in the style of an elegant english hotel suite...the bedroom is quiet and great for sleeping...there is a long hallway separating the bedroom from the living area...the bathroom is next to bedroom..there is tv and internet...great location a half block from Riverside park and right around the corner from all kinds of food options..3 blocks 96st. express stop

Place is great and easy to access. Very clean and comfortable; feels like I've been living there all my life. The owner is very welcoming and accommodating. Parking is easy to find.

My Mother and I just spent a long weekend at this apartment. It's perfect for two. Very clean and quiet, with friendly neighbors curious to see new faces so you know it's a well cared for building. Don't plan on much cooking as the kitchen is tight (with all the restaurant choices why would you bother cooking anyway?). Otherwise, a lovely spacious apartment whose owner takes good care of it, and screens potential renters with care so that it stays nice. The neighborhood is residential and nice to walk around. It's also close to bus and subway stops, as well as an easy hop into a cab on Broadway. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks!
