About this apartment rental
Our condo is a very nice and cozy 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo located on the 1st floor in the beautiful and quiet Colony Club Complex at Drakes Landing in Gulf Shores, which is close to Craft Farms Golf Course, Pelican Place Shopping Center and the Pinnacle Theater. The SportsPlex Center is just across Highway 59 on Oak Road and it's very near where the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo relocated in March of 2020. (The Little Zoo That Could)
The Master bedroom is furnished with a comfy king-size bed with a TV and plenty of closet space, along with its own private bathroom. The Second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds and the Third bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has a door leading to the patio area. Bed linens and bath towels are furnished. Please bring your beach towels.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, a coffee machine, blender, etc. A full-size washer and dryer are furnished as well as an ironing board and iron.
There is big-screen TV located in the living room. Wi-Fi are available as well. There is a patio just off the living room if you'd like to go outside and relax and enjoy the gulf breeze. The dining room consists of comfortable seating for 6 to 8 people.
The complex has a really nice outdoor pool area, hot tub, and an exercise facility. There is a tennis court and fishing in the catch-and-release pond on the complex as well. A great barbecue area with a charcoal grill is located near our condo building.
We also have 2 other 3-bedroom, 2-bath condos in Colony Club. # 7112104 is also located on the 1st floor and is furnished with 2 queen-size beds and 2 twin beds.
# 2207965 is located on the 2nd floor and has 2 queen-size beds, a full-size bed and a twin-size bed. We welcome your reservations for these condos as well !! Beginning May 20, 2024, there is a $25 parking fee per vehicle with a 2-vehicle limit per unit.

We really enjoyed this condo! Communication was easy. The condo is located in a gated community which was nice. Everything you needed (or needed to know) was provided. Thank you!

Pool & Hot tub closed the entire time with no notice, we found out after we walked over to go to them, unit was clean & very quaint place to stay. It is not a far walk from the pool, but not close either, but I’d check to see if it’s actually open first! The unit definitely needs new towels & washcloths, but that’s not a big deal because they were clean. We did reheat leftovers one night, so the kitchen served us well. It is located in what we considered a retirement community, so very quiet & peaceful & it’s gated, so we felt very safe! AMAZING LOCATION because everything is only 5-10 minutes away whether you’re going to OWA, Foley, or Gulf Shores. It really was not far from things at all! However, we did not understand WHY we had to pay for parking when there were probably more than a 100 empty spots at all times & there were no amenities to enjoy. The gym sign said it was open, but both days we tried to go, it was locked up as well. This was great for us because we spent our time shopping & going out to explore, so it was just an afternoon rest/pit stop & a sleeping place which was always quiet, so a definite plus there, lol. We would stay here again IF we were not planning to utilize amenities because it is quiet & centrally located. Definitely a great place for our girl’s trip because all we did was shop, eat, nap, talk & read… so I guess we fit in well there, lol!
