About this house rental
The Residence, overlooking the beautiful Bay of Canneto, on the Island of Lipari, is an ancient mansion recently renovated, which enjoys one of the most beautiful views of the Aeolian Islands.
The privileged position allows you to walk to the beach below, through an internal staircase (about 60 steps).
The pride of the residence is the private terrace, which overlooks the beach below and Canneto.
The house, as a whole, is a suitable place for those who love breathtaking views, enchanting sunrises, the elegance of simplicity, relaxation and proximity to the sea.
The residence is located right on the famous Canneto beach on the island of Lipari.
It stands out for its convenience, proximity to the sea and the town center and therefore to bars, restaurants, beaches and supermarkets ... It is located on the second floor, 50 meters from the beach and has independent entrance from a pedestrian street that continues for about 500 meters until you get to the famous "White Beaches".
The residence consists of a large kitchen with 4-burner stove, oven, microwave and a typical Aeolian oven in the style of old houses; there are also 2 fridges, a freezer and a dishwasher. Service area with washing machine.
The bedrooms are three: two double, one with direct exit on the terrace overlooking the bay of Canneto and the other with exit on an internal terrace, and a twin bedroom (eventually joinable) always with direct exit to the terrace indoor. The rooms all have independent access.
There is also a large living room with sofa, solid wood furniture and satellite TV with two outputs on the terrace offering a splendid view over the entire bay below.
The bathrooms are three, complete with all the sanitary, two with shower (one with window and one with aerator) and one with bath and window on internal terrace.
The large and panoramic terrace offers comfort for all the inhabitants of the house, and is equipped with table with chairs and umbrellas and also has an outdoor shower. All the fixtures in the bedrooms are made of wood.

We loved the vibe of this beautiful apartment which felt straight out of the movie set. Perhaps for someone seeking luxury of 5-star hotels, it might appear underwhelming. But we loved everything about it: high ceilings, huge kitchen and living room as well as incredibly romantic terrace, where one can watch sunsets ( or sunrises, if one so inclined). The only drawback is its relatively remote location from town center.
