About this villa rental
A villa in a rustic style. there is a living room with a kitchenette ad a divano bed, 2 room with a double bed and one with a franks bed and a toilet.
There is a sheltered veranda.
The villa has the floor done in terracotta tiles, the walls in stones with a stone arch.
There are two gates one for pedestrians and the other for cars.
Position: The villa is well placed for visiting the archaeological sites of the area. It is 1300 metres from the lagoon of Stagnone with its magic saltpans and wind mills from the island of Mothia, S. Maria and the Long island. Only 3 Km from the town centre and 30 Km from the medieval Erice and Segesta. By hydro fail it takes only 20 minutes to go to Egadi Islands ( Favignana and Levanzo) and 45 minutes to go to Marettimo.

You will find that the host is wonderful and very accommodating. He takes great care in maintaining his property and the grounds. The garden surrounding the house are like an oasis. The property around the house had many seating areas wonderful for entertaining. Although you do need a car to get around, we would highly recommend this property.

The stay was awesome and we enjoyed it a lot. The Landlord was very friendly and helpfull. Most of the 3 weeks we had the entire premisis and the pool exklusiv for ourselves. We used the house to go kitesurfing, the spot was only a few minutes away. It is a Country House, furnished with love. We enjoyed the large patio with palm trees especially having dinner at night under trees with illlumination.

We had a wonderful holiday while staying in Vincenzo’s property. The house was rustic which we loved and had everything we needed. The outdoor area is big and we made full use. The shared pool is lovely. Vincenzo is a great host responding immediately to any communication.
All in all I would recommend Vincenzo’s properties if you’re looking for a relaxing escape from a busy life

The house is wonderfully quirky, a 2 bed property with a very large outside space and it’s own chapel.
You need a car to get about but the property is a true gem. The only thing to be aware of is in the area the dogs are generally kept outside and it can result in a bit of barking noise.
Vincenzo and his family were excellent hosts and the property, is one of a kind’
