Studio for 2 persons maximum of 17 m2 on the ground floor of a small residence of 4 apartments and 4 studios in front of sea of South Canet.
This studio is located on the back side of the building.
It does not have a sea view but you are crossing the garden and you are on the beach. Shaded side in the morning and sunny in the afternoon.
Possibility to rent also 1 or 2 apartment F2 of the same building.
Independent individual entrance.
Private parking space in front of the door (rate! view the photo ).
1 living room with window overlooking the back of the building.
