Royan in a quiet and green area. Nearby beaches: Pontaillac, Vaux sur mer.

Animals accepted. Secure parking. Covered terrace with garden furniture and green space.

• Full kitchen.
• Male and female bikes at no extra charge (deposit).
Animals are accepted if well educated but we ask future tenants to notify us in advance. We have a large cultivated garden.
The neighborhood: Very well connected, near the city center and away from traffic jams, close to supermarket and bakery.
Bike ride at the end of the street. (bikes available).
We do not accept lunch, holiday and other checks or real estate agencies.

Well received. Beautiful gardens. Great advice with places to see and helpful directions.
Got together for social gathering. Gave excellent help to our little dog who was able to mix with their exceptional friendly dog.Both Laurent and Areane very amicable.
