About this house rental

The home is amazing. You'll all be impressed as you enter to see the large open space filled with exposed brick, hardwood, and natural light. Entertaining is easy on the 1st floor with 2 kitchen islands in direct sight of the 8-person dining room table and leather living room seating. A secluded, elevated deck off of the kitchen provides a great spot to relax with plenty of seating and a natural gas Kitchen Aid grille.

Three large bedrooms and two full bathrooms are located on the second floor. Each bedroom has its own huge, custom closet. Rain showers and modern finishings are found in each bathroom, creating a spa-like experience for you and your guests.

Additional amenities include premium cable/internet, cleaning service, high-end appliances/furnishings, original artwork, exclusive natural gas grill use, LG front-load washer/dryer and stocked Nespresso machine.

Property was very clean, very well decorated and equipped, and the neighborhood was great. The off street designated parking spots were a huge plus. Would highly recommend this location.

We stayed at this fabulous place in Shadyside while we were having our floors redone. It's hip (is it still hip to say "hip"?) and within walking distance of some of our favorite places in Pittsburgh. Really nice place and the owners were incredibly responsive and accommodating to our ever changing plans and lockouts. Great owners and a great place!

Great Row home in a residential community a few miles from downtown. Very comfortable beds and adequate furnishings. Only suggestion is for the owner to enhance the supplies in the house. We couldn’t find any utensils, or a pad and paper. Very minor quibbles that are really nothing more than suggestions.
