The Villa, equipped with every comfort, opens onto a large and double living room, equipped with a fireplace and comfortable seating, extremely bright thanks to its large windows that give a beautiful view of the garden and the indoor Swimming Pool.
The Swimming Pool offers a unique and evocative environment thanks to its large arched windows and the possibility to give moments of relaxation and wonderful swimming even in the winter months. Ideal place to start the day in the best way or to have fun with friends and family.
On the same floor there is also a fantastic Finnish Sauna, perfect for regenerating after a long day and a service bathroom with shower.
The living area is completed by a spacious dining room and a fully equipped kitchen where it will be possible to organize lunches and dinners with friends.
Crossing a long and bright corridor you enter the sleeping area that consists of an elegant master bedroom equipped with a comfortable queen-size bed and a private bathroom with bathtub, two twin bedrooms with shower and two more double bedrooms with classic and refined furnishings, also with private bathroom and shower.
Finally, from the main floor rises an interesting spiral staircase that leads to the beautiful attic, which houses the marvelous Double Suite with soaring ceilings almost four meters high, furnished with two comfortable double beds and a private bathroom with bathtub, perfect for treating yourself to moments of peace in complete privacy.
There is a final twin or double room and its bathroom for exclusive use.
Completing the attic is a beautiful living area with a comfortable sofa bed that can accommodate two more people if needed.
The seven bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, are designed to accommodate 16 guests to which six more can be added, for a total capacity of 22 people.

We visited with 4 adults and 3 teen daughters to go to the Taylor Swift concert at San Siro. The house could not have been more comfortable and friendly. Silvia was very helpful and responsive and Willy was on hand to answer questions about the house and make sure all was well. We loved the pool in particular. And the top floor—which is air conditioned and spacious—was a perfect spot for the girls to play their music and stay up late. The bedrooms each have their own bath and feel very soundproof, great shutters to keep out the bright summer light in the mornings. Lots of fans to keep the non-airconditioned parts of the house cool. Everything in pristine condition, well equipped kitchen. We loved it. Thank you!

Visited Milan on a golf trip with 7 other guys. We were lucky to find this beautiful villa. Silvia was great to work with and Willy fixed a great breakfast each morning to exactly our requests. The rooms were cleaned each day and replenished with clean towels. The grounds are beautiful and the property is outside the city so it was very peaceful. We played golf four days on nice courses between 20 minutes away to 1 hour. Because we were in Italy, we had early tee times so we could explore the area and enjoy the great cuisine, scenery, and history before returning to the villa late each evening. The beautiful pool looked amazing but since we left early each morning and returned late each day we were not able to use it. I highly recommend this villa to anyone or group visiting the Milan area. It is a true jewel. It would be a fabulous location for a destination wedding.
