About this apartment rental
In Cap d'Agde, 150 m from the beach, 150 m from the port, with beautiful view of the sea, quiet area, ideal for families.
For rent, T2 Cabin, sleeps 4/6. Two bedrooms (one with a double bed, the second with bunk beds) + sofa bed in the living room)
The loggia is equipped with picture windows transforming this one into additional room when the weather becomes cooler.
The most difficult thing when you have breakfast on the balcony, is to get up and leave the sea view.
The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, fridge-freezer, television ...
At the front harbor, (150 meters) you will find every morning freshly caught fish coming directly from the boats.
The rental rate varies depending on the period. Very interesting price out of season. We accept rentals for weekends or short stays outside school holidays.
For the naturist district, the car will be essential to get there, unless you are a good walker.
Access of travelers
A launching point for the boats exists at 150 meters. Boat rentals are available at 800 meters at the port level.
Exchanges with travelers
The person who will receive you, during the delivery of the keys, will be happy to give you good addresses, and will gladly answer all your questions.

We offer free disposable pads and pillow protection, but we do not provide sheets, pillowcases. nor linens.
Off season, rental of 2 nights minimum. More than 2 nights? Do not hesitate to contact us, rates are decreasing.
Summer, weekly rent (from Saturday to Saturday)
IMPORTANT: The cleaning fee is never included in the invoice.
We ask on arrival a deposit check of 50 euros which is returned upon departure if everything is clean.
Since 2015, the town hall of Agde imposes the direct collection of the tourist tax. You will be asked upon your arrival the payment of it.
It is € 1.30 per night and per person over 18 years old.
Arrivals are imperative before 20:00.
Obligation to occupy the premises personally, to live there "as a good father" and to maintain them.
All facilities are in working order and any claim concerning them occurring more than 24 hours after the entry into the enjoyment of the premises, can not be admitted.
Repairs made necessary by negligence or poor maintenance during the rental, will be the responsibility of the lessee.
Obligation to ensure that the tranquility of the neighborhood is not disturbed by the fact of the taker, his family, or his animals.
The rental capacity is 6 people maximum, it is not possible to receive additional people, even for compensation and this for insurance problems.
Mattress pads, as well as pillow mattress pads for single use will be provided during the delivery of the keys.
