First off, if you are a beach person.... this location is a home run. Only a couple hundred years from a sandy beach... (many beaches are rocky, and if you are not experienced you can get hurt... kids?). Quick drive to Palermo, Cefalu and many other destinations. But Enzo is the best... He came with his wife to meet us when we arrived to show us around. The kitchen is out doors, but Sicily is mostly dry weather. Rent a small car (don't upgrade, tight) and you'll have a great parking situation. Enzo actually drove me around and showed me the best bread shop, best gelato, etc...

The apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious. Enzo kindly picked us up from the airport, and was on hand should we have needed any advice or help throughout the holiday. The beach was located about 5 minutes from the apartment and was clean, safe and perfect for family bathing. The restaurants in the area provided good quality food that was reasonably priced. We had a lovely, restful holiday. thank you to Enzo and Rosario for being such lovely hosts.
