Charming Villa with special views to Ibiza down town and Formentera with space enough to accomodate up to 16 people, situated just 1km from Ibiza city center and very close to D en Bossa beach area as well, 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
Outside there's a fantastic private swimming pool, just without chlorine, BBQ area (charcoal type), chill out area, parking and wonderful garden for you to relax.
With a great location, just a few minutes driving, from ATM, supermarkets, and shopping. Close to D'En Bossa Beach area you will find this wonderful Villa, with large outdoor space where to spend some special moments with friends and family, with BBQ area, private salted pool (non chlorine), sun chairs and beds in a large yard with gardens to relax just looking to Ibiza downtown and Formentera Island as well.

On the main level:
- Dining and living room (with a bed sofa).
- Full equipped kitchen.
- 1 Bathroom.
- Ironing room.
- Laundry room.
On the first level you will find:
- 3 double bedroom
- 1 bathroom
- 1 Double room en suite, with bathroom inside.
- 1 Living area (Where to arrange extra beds).
- 1 Double room outside of the house, with private entrance.

- Large terrace, with beautiful lights at night.

Our stay was good overall. The property is in a great location in terms of proximity to Dalt Vita (old town) and club district. We really enjoyed the pool and outdoor spaces. It's important to note that there's only one ensuite bathroom. That wasn't abundantly clear in the description and property listing, so if you're staying with a group of couples or families, many will have to share bathrooms. We had a couple of minor issues with the property, specifically the pool lights did not work at night, the upstairs bathroom shower drained very slowly...it's partially clogged, and occasionally the same bathroom locked from the inside. Again, overall, we would stay again provided some of the smaller issues are resolved.

Excellent stay and fully looked after by Indi the host through the entire process! Thanks Indi!The house is really well appointed and clean. Previous reviews indicate it was a bit worn out but it’s definitely been refurbished since the start of the year with a new kitchen.The location does require a Taxis, however once you get a hang of the WhatsApp number for the local cabs this isn’t really an issue, but be aware you can’t really walk to shops That said it’s literally 10 minutes into the centre of Ibiza Town.Def recommend for a group of friends it was ideal

We were very satisfied with the big villa and a great poolside with a nice view on Eivissa old town. We just didn't liked the renovated showers, because the water goes all over the bathroom. Other from that, villa offers great value for it's price.

The overall VRBO was relatively comfortable to stay in. The check-in process was straightforward, and the host was very communicative. My issues are 1) The shower upstairs that doesn't drain well means it cannot be used for longer than two minutes2) The shower downstairs has no form of glass or curtain 3) Three of the beds (5 spots) were unsuitable because of an ant infestation in the room and on the beds optional additional inclusions: the light switches are in odd places, and the lights did not work properly (lots of old, flickering lights). The dryer does not work-- recommend using the drying rack. They do not provide detergent, coffee pods, trash bags, or a dishwasher for washing dishes. We were forced to pay for a brand new outside shower when the current one that we were given was already rusty and relatively broken. Overall, not the best VRBO due to the reasons above, but it still offers a beautiful view and an outdoor pool. For clarification, there are 5 rooms, one of which has 3 beds, and there is a pull-out couch on the 2nd floor. I was confused about this when viewing the listing.
