The location is in the middle of the world famous Sunny Isles Beach – Florida’s Riviera offers restaurants, food and merchandise stores, pharmacies and anything you need right across the road.
Amazing spectacular views of the Ocean and Intracoastal City from the 12 floor of this extraordinary 1000 sq. foot 1 Bedroom and 2 Bath Apartment with 2 balconies!
Totally upgraded! Brand new composite marble floors throughout, freshly painted, open kitchen with Italian cabinetry and granite counter tops. Dishwasher, Disposal, Dryer and Washer, Microwave and Refrigerator are all in the apartment.
Completely furnished with spectacular crystal chandeliers in dining and living areas. Two TV. One TV in the living room and one in bedroom. Very comfortable bedding sleeps 2 adults on the king size bed with new mattress in master bedroom . Futon in the living room sleeps 2 adults or 2 children temporary staying in the unit as a guests. Great for the mom and baby! Baby crib and bedding are provided free of charge.
La Perla condominium is 43 story building and offers one of the best amenities in Sunny Isles Beach: oceanfront heated swimming pool, state-of-the-art gym, 24 hours concierge, valet parking, spa & much more. Easy beach access with the wheelchair ramp to the beach.
La Perla amenities also include Beach Club with umbrellas, chairs and beach towels.
Price will depend on the length of the rent and the time of the year.

La Perla Rules. Tenant will need to pay to the La Perla office:
• $100 Application Fee per couple with marriage certificate or $100 for each adult and $25 per adult for each ID Cards.
• $10 One-time fee for car registration (If you have a car).
• Only pets with a formal classification as an emotional support animals are allowed for rentals less than 6 month. For rentals 6 month and over maximum 2 pets are allowed.

We stayed at this property for seven weeks. Everything in the apartment was sparkling clean. La Perla is a really good property and Yefim is a wonderful host. He really goes out of his way to communicate with you, to see to any issue with the apartment. Plus, he goes out of his way to help. For example, we arrived on a Sunday when the office is closed. Yefim picked up our passes early so that we would have complete access immediately. Great host. I recommend highly.

We had a wonderful time in this neat and lovely unit. Great location, right on the beach, walking distance from fine restaurants and shopping plazas. Very nice and courteous owner who took time to meet us and explain how everything worked. We would definitely want to come back!

Yefim Lev is a fantastic host. He was in constant communication with me from the time I expressed interest in his property right through check out and beyond! He even came to say goodbye! His property is gorgeous and the condo building is right on the beach. The view of the ocean from the floor to ceiling windows is wonderful. We appreciated that the unit was very clean, decorated nicely and had everything that we needed. We are coming back next year! Yefim is the best!

The good: Yefim is very kind and quick to respond to requests. The unit, building, and grounds are beautiful. Security is good and check-in was seamless. The amenities are great. We used the gym, pool and beach chairs most days. The balconies are never hot. The unit was well-stocked with towels, cleaning supplies and kitchen equipment/supplies. Comfortable bed. Walking distance to shops and pharmacies. The not so good: the ice machine wasn’t working when we arrived but Yefim quickly bought ice and repaired the machine. It was, however, extremely loud as it filled occasionally, especially noticeable at night. The building lost AC for more than a day, then the technician had a difficult time resetting the unit. The hot water went out one day as well. Living room furniture is low to the ground and not terribly comfortable. Having valet service can be good, but it often took a long time to get the car, making quick or last-minute trips a pain. I’m sure this is rare, but the valet damaged our truck on the way down the ramps.

The apartment and building are beautiful. You wake up to a sun filled and comforting space. Yefim is accommodating and available to answer any questions. I had dogs and there's an excellent and inexpensive doggy daycare in walking distance. The building and beach/pool staff are friendly. I received a number of packages and mail. This building and apartment and host offer the perfect balance of work and play. I will be staying here again.

My daughter and I live in Miami so this was not really a vacation but we had such a great experience during our 2 week stay that we actually would consider moving to La Perla! First of all Yefim was amazing and very helpful checking us in early as the office would not be open for our arrival on a Sunday and when I locked myself out on the second day he was there in less than 30 minutes to let me in. The property was spacious, spotless and had everything you could think of to make our stay comfortable and make it feel like home. The location is fantastic with everything you need in walking distance and the staff at La Perla were all very accommodating especially the valet attendants and the office and beach staff. I would definitely stay here again and to anyone who does don't forget to check out the restaurant on the pier... Food is great and they give a 25% discount with your La Perla card!!!
