Recently renovated over the last 2 years 1600 sq. ft. 2 bedroom, 2 baths, sleeps 6, pool, hot tub, tennis court, outdoor grill, books, games, bikes, beach chairs, and all linens provided. Close to the famous Saint Armand's Circle, minutes to the Sarasota nightlife. Beautiful beach located on The Gulf of Mexico directly across the street. Free WIFI available, great location and great beach.. Please note - the property does require a credit card upon check-in for damage.

Late checkin was a nightmare after a stressful day of travel but overall stay was delightful. Spacious and comfortable. Great location. A definite win for our vacation. Thank you!

This was our 3rd time staying on Longboat Key. This was the best place and there was nothing wrong with the first 2!
Great space. Excellent on site staff. Great location with easy access on bay and gulf. Quiet. We prefer smaller properties and with 12 units, this place fit the bill. Nice little pool, gas grills, toys as needed. What more can you ask. We will be back!
