About this house rental
Charming 5 bedroom home on one of Wellesley's most historic streets. Built in 1900 and completely renovated in 2013. One of the nicest aspects of this home is its proximity to the Brook Path, Wellesley College and beautiful Lake Waban, Commuter train, shopping and all that Wellesley Center has to offer.
Just a 6 minute walk to great restaurants and shops available to enjoy in Wellesley center. 2 minutes from the house there is a lovely 2 mile loop around Lake Waban ideal for runners. The Commuter Rail Train from Wellesley to Boston is a smooth 35 minute train ride, and brings you to South Station from which you can walk to most of Boston’s attractions.
Open plan Main floor is ideal for entertaining. Gourmet kitchen with high end appliances and oversized island is connected to sunny Family room with cathedral ceilings.
Separate dining room/Living room and powder room are also on first floor.
This spacious home offers 5 Bedrooms your rwith high le lceilings.
Four bedrooms on the second floor:
Bedroom 1: king size bed with master bath.
Bedroom 2: 2 twin beds.
Bedroom 3: one queen bed.
Bedroom 4: one queen bed.
Bedrooms 2,3 and 4 share a full bath.
Third floor attic offers a separate guest room with its own full bath and King size bed. Also on the third floor there is a media room and playroom.
Our newly finished basement offers a gym area, a bar, ping pong table and media room.
Wifi is available throughout the house and in the backyard.
The house comes fully Equipped - Towels, sheets, pots, pans, plates, glasses and utensils are available for your use. There is a large screen TV in the Family room, one in the Master bedroom and one in the Media room on the third floor.

No Smoking. NO PARTIES OR SPECIAL EVENTS SUCH AS WEDDINGS, OR REUNIONS INVITING EXTRA PEOPLE TO THE HOUSE FOR AN EVENT ARE NOT ALLOWED. No loud music or noises after 11pm. No pets allowed.

From the moment you step into this house you will feel at home. So beautifully decorated, yet very cozy and welcoming. The backyard is also so charming and private! The location is ideal, close to the Town center where you will find everything you want or need.This is a house not to be missed if you are in the Boston area!

Esperanza was a delight to communicate with as she is responsive and understanding. We stayed for four days in the end of October for our daughter's wedding held at the Garden at Elm Bank which is a couple of miles down the road. We were so happy that we decided to stay here allowing us to walk each morning through the local campuses and into town for Starbucks, massages, etc. Sunny and 78 degrees was more than we could have hoped for.
This beautiful home has everything you could ask for. Top end appliances in the kitchen, a beverage refrigerator filled with water in the kitchen as well as in the barroom downstairs, WiFi allowing us to work remotely, and lots of room to spread out. Media room in the basement. Nice bathroom amenities. Great sitting areas outside to have coffee in the morning. Quiet historical neighborhood.
As busy as we were with the wedding, it was nice to be able to come back each evening to such a welcoming space.

What a GORGEOUS home!! We would DEFINITELY stay here again!! This beautiful, bright, quiet, large, well-appointed, UPDATED historic home felt like it was taken right from the pages of an architectural magazine!! Our family of 5 had ALL of the comforts of home with PLENTY of space for us to spread out and relax. Photos of the home are very accurate but undersell the beauty and quaintness of this home!! Each room was tastefully decorated. Our host has excellent communication, was extremely responsive and generously accommodating to our requests....what a pleasant owner!! The PRIME location of this spotless home was extremely convenient for a 2-minute walk into Wellesley Town Center for: shops, restaurants and was ideally located for our morning Starbuck's! From this home, it was just a few minutes walk to hop onto the "T" for a 15-minute commuter train ride to Fenway Park or 20 minutes to the Back Bay area of Boston. Relaxing outdoor living spaces were well-kept and accented with beautiful teak furniture and grill. The kitchen was new, beautiful and fully-stocked with all cooking utensils and appliances. Multiple updated beautiful white, large full bathrooms ensured no back-ups in the entire family getting ready for the day. Playroom amenities such as board games for the family, toys for toddlers to XBOX /WiFi /multiple TV's for teenagers were the "crowning jewels" in promoting a relaxing stay!! Our host even provided complimentary toiletries, mini oranges and bottled water to get us "started" which was unexpected, but a very appreciated touch after landing from our west-coast red-eye flight...all speaking to the detail-oriented and very accommodating owner!! We definitely recommend this large, spacious, beautiful, outstanding "5-star" home and look forward to possibly returning for another stay!!
