Appartement moderne, spacieux, très bien équipé.
Super emplacement tout près de la plage centrale et de la rue piétonne.
Parties communes sales, voisin qui laisse sur le palier ses chaussures et chaussettes nauséabondes.
Pour l appartement, peut-être un petit coup de peinture pour rafraichir les murs.
