BEDROOMS: Spare Bedroom 1 sleeps two comfortably in a queen slay bed. Spare Bedroom 2 is equipped with 1 queen bed. Spare Bedroom 3 is equipped with a set of bunk beds. The Master Bedroom is equipped with a King Bed, walk-in closet, and sliding door exit to the top deck.

Enjoyed our stay over-all... The house needs a good cleaning, mouse droppings under sinks, fire pit was so full of grass and crap and had to clean it out before we could even get a fire going!! The vents/filters in stairs was really dirty and so was the fan in master bedroom...Floors were durty, house really needs a good cleaning... Enjoyed the lake and pontoon tho...

House was perfect for 4 adults and 4 kids. Got to see plenty of wildlife in our lake area. Renting the boat was a must. Best way to enjoy a good swim and the larger lake. Fishing was pretty good as there are a lot of spots to try your luck. Missy the property manager was great. Fast to answer calls, text or to check and make sure we had a great time. Had a little issue with a leak in gas line of boat. She got us a rental until it was fixed and was amazing during whole process.

Overall we were pretty happy with our stay. We arrived at check in and the rental was clean and ready for us. The interior and exterior were both pretty nice. The property manager gave us a walkthrough and she was really nice. She did let me know upon arrival that the bottom lock of the only door isn’t activated by the entry code and asked not to lock it. On the second day of our stay one of the members of our party out of habit locked that bottom lock leaving the house and the property manager didn’t have a key to access it so we have to wait on a lock smith to get back in. My only complaint is that it seems very silly for the property manager not to have a key to the property this truly makes no sense to me. Other than that the only other issue was the owners didn’t do a very good job of tying down their personal boat and it stormed and almost blew away the first day luckily we caught it before it was gone. Aside from those small issues we were happy with our stay and would recommended this property, the property manager and owners of the property to anybody reading this review.

We were very pleased with our stay at Sunset View. The host and property manager were both very accommodating and answered any questions we had. We will definitely be contacting them if we plan to stay in the area again. The house was big enough for 8 adults.

Well equipped and clean cabin on a protected bay. Excellent quality and quantity of bluegill and crappie in lake. Short drive to a small town with grocery store and necessities. Overall an ideal place to spend time with family lakeside.

My family enjoyed the setting of this home. The sunsets were fantastic. My daughters and I enjoyed the area shopping for unique finds. Lake Webster is more a fishing lake than a swimming lake but we enjoyed cruising on the pontoon boat. We were very comfortable in this home.

A lovely house with plenty of bedrooms and space. The sunset each night is spectacular, and watching the ducks , geese, swan, and turtles was amazing. Convenient boat rental right outside back door!

The stay was nice and access to the lake was perfect! The feedback I'd like to provide is that it didn't seem as if the place was entirely ready for our arrival. Here's why I say this: 1. The towels/some sheets were still in the dryer and wet. 2. There were no paper towels provided. 3. There was no soap for showers. 4. The kayaks were filthy with dirt, spiders, leaves and we had to clean them out before use. 5. No adult life jackets were available - borrowed from neighbor. 6. The child life jackets were filthy with dirt and were very old. Overall, the stay was nice and happy we rented!

This is the perfect place to relax, enjoy a lake view and do some fishing off the pier. And has an added bonus of a pontoon and kayaks available for rent at a very reasonable cost. The bedrooms are comfortable with ceiling fans and soft sheets. It is a bit quirky that the room with the bunk beds can only be accessed thru the main bathroom but it wasn't a problem. We especially appreciated the high capacity washer and dryer and the outside gas grill and plan on returning!

Unfortunately, we did not have the best weather for our week at the lake. The house was comfortable and fairly priced. The kitchen had a lot of dishes, but no frying pan? The internet service was great and we had access to Netflix, etc., which helped, as we were stuck in the house a lot because of the rain. Missy was great to work with and was very responsive to all my texts, for general questions.

Had a great stay here, Missy the property manager met us when we arrived and checked us in. Showed around the house and made sure everything was good for us. The house was big and cozy, plenty of room for 3 adults and 2 kids. The weather wasn’t the greatest so we did spend a lot of time inside watching movies and the kids had plenty of room to play. Great kitchen space and open floor so while you were cooking you didn’t feel cut off from everyone. We did have one good day and was able to enjoy the nice fire pit outside. Great view of the lake and very nice neighbors who made us feel welcome and at home. My family and I had a great mini vacation and wished we could have stayed longer. Thank you for opening your home to us!

We were falsely accused of having a pet on the property, The previous renters had a pet and let behind a pet toy and lots of pet hair and dander, the dishes were not cleaned and had food stuck to them. We requested an apology for the false accusations of them saying we had a pet on the property and they told us they trust their management. We rent often and we’re not pleased with this rental

Very nice. Many upgrades. The great room has a wonderful sectional couch for many of us to sprawl out on, while watching the 50" Flat Panel TV. Good kitchen. The only thing missing (this is a quibble point for sure!) was a cutting board. Everything else great. Property manager was very efficient and easy to deal with, and helped make our stay memorable.

First off the owner was very receptive to questions before booking and also let me know about the 4th bedroom. Which btw is no big deal. You just have to go through a bathroom upstairs. Perfect for kids with the bunk beds. Missy the property manager was awesome. Met me right on time and was quick and thorough. She gave me directions to town and some pointers for the house. The grill ran out of propane in the middle of dinner. I called Missy and she handled it immediately.This home has everything you need. Propane, firewood, and kitchen has all you need. Just pack the family, food, drinks, and that’s all you’ll need for a great weekend.

Upon entering the house the glaring puzzlement among our group was that the fourth bedroom was only accessible through the upstairs bathroom. However, even though we were two families, we made it work. That bedroom was incredibly warm as the temps outside dropped and the heater kicked on. Again, we dealt easily with it by propping a window open. The kitchen was well equipped and just about anything we needed was on site. This really goes for the rest of the home as well. The boat rental was kind of expensive but it was large enough for our entire group to go out together and enjoy several days of fishing. This being our first vacation rental, things were new to us, but would definitely do this again whether this property or another.

Our extended family had a great time at this North Webster lake house. We especially enjoyed sunsets on the back deck, the firepit and multiple boating activities (for an extra charge which I would highly recommend) - pontoon boat, paddle boat, paddle boards and kayaks. I would recommend a Muskie fishing excursion with Webster Lake Guide Service - we caught two nice fish. We also enjoyed dinner on the lake at the local Lakeview Pizza King.

This property provided a needed place for us to gather with family and friends to safely catch up and relax during this crazy Covid time. We truly enjoyed the peaceful spot on the lake and use of the boat for our stay. This is a large property with excellent space. The first floor is completely open with a full view of the lake out front. The kitchen, dining and living space worked very well for our group of 7 to cook, visit and enjoy the breeze and view of the lake. The furniture is different than what is pictured and was very comfortable. The kitchen has nice new appliances. It should be noted that the only things provided in the kitchen were hand sanitizer and dishwasher detergent. There were some small trash bags and salt and pepper but no other supplies. This was not unusual, just helpful to know when packing. All bedrooms were good size and had comfortable beds. As others have mentioned, the bunk room is strangely located on the backside of the upstairs bathroom. This requires some planning to make sure that no one is “trapped” in the bedroom while the bathroom is in use. It wasn’t a problem, just something to note. There was plenty of TP and some hand soap available in the bathrooms. We enjoyed the outside space with the covered deck. We used the fire pit and wood provided by the owner every night during our stay. The fire pit is also different than pictured. It has quality Adirondack chairs in place of the benches which were a nice upgrade. Overall, it was a good place. There were little maintenance/upkeep/cleanliness items that needed attention to make it a great place. The property manager, Missy was very responsive to the items that we brought to her attention. Other things we just overlooked or took care of ourselves during our stay.

Overall we had a wonderful family holiday! My husband absolutely loved the sunsets! The photos simply do not do it justice. My children loved all of the water sports! The kayaks and wake boards were a huge hit and were used daily. We had delicious fun at the fire pit every night making s’mores. It was a great set up and the firewood available was very convenient. The property manager was always accessible and very helpful!

Our family had a wonderful time at this property. The location was great and the sunsets over the lake were gorgeous. The home was lovely and the kids especially loved the back deck and tree swings. I want to give particular praise for how we were treated when we paid extra to rent the boat. We weren't able to start it and the property manager came out to try, too. When it wouldn't start, they contacted the local marina and rented us a boat from them so that we could still go out on the lake. We feel so blessed by this treatment, because we were so excited about boating together. Our stay here and experiences with the owner and property manager are why I highly recommend this property!

We stayed here over Labor Day weekend with a group and had a wonderful time. The house was clean and had more than enough towels, blankets, dishes, etc. than we needed. We had so much fun going out on the boat and fishing, we caught many muskie over the weekend. We had one really warm day that we went out and swam too. The house had a grill that we used every evening and a fire pit we enjoyed as well. The neighbors were nice. This was a perfect place to spend the last weekend of summer with friends.
