About this house rental
Spectacular colonial house of 1000 square meters located in the historic center of cartagena de indias just 30 meters from the central square of santo domingo. Eight bedrooms 15 beds!!! Perfect for large groups, 18 people max , we allow bachelor parties but there are some rules
House rules
1. Guests must sign a code of conduct, liability exemption for the use of the pool and lease prior to arrival.
2. Maximum and guests occupation: guests for guests in no case can double the number of guests registered at the hotel.
3. Access to minors unless they are registered in the accommodation is not allowed.
4. The guests will have to provide their identity to be registered
5. Access by vendors of any kind is permitted local
6. Installing beds or similar are not allowed anywhere in the house
7. The use of equipment extremely loud music is not allowed between 10:00 pm and 9:00 am

The house is in a great location in the old city in Cartagena. Two blocks from Cafe Del Mar on the city wall - a great place for sunsets.
We had 11 people ages 25-59 and used six of the bedrooms. All bedrooms had great AC.
The pool was a welcome place to cool off after walking the town.
Josefa and the team at the house we’re fantastic and helpful. They cooked us a great breakfast every morning.
It is in the middle of the old town city so be prepared for city noises while staying there.

it was a long trip from London town but well worth it , we arrived to an amazing 10000 square foot remodeled colonial home. The attention was great , the location couldn't have been better. Thank you Jonathan

For starters the place was immaculate, its huge we had 15 guys and we fit perfectly, the pool was huge living room an dining room area was huge , we had some guests over who also loved it, Jonathan set up an awesome pool party for us , we also rented a yacht from him he help us out with everything. Thanks for having us , will be coming back in August
