A comfty beach studio minutes away from amazing beaches and our tropical rainforest. The property has a memory foam queen size bed, air conditioner, full kitchen and dryer\washer. Flat screen forty inch tv with Netflix and Hulu included, free Wifi. The condominium has ample free parking out front with 24 security at the gate and lobby area. It is located across the beautiful Playa Azul beach with beach chairs included in the apartment.

Spectacular views, clean, secure, quite and convenient to beautiful beaches and El Yunque National Forest. The host provided us with written instructions and area recommendations along with beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, cooler and boogie boards. Would recommend bathroom towel bars, hooks or cabinet for storing clothes.

Definitely recommend. Rafael was quick to respond and was very helpful. Front desk and lot security were very pleasant and friendly as well. Great location

View is gorgeous and waves can be heard 24/7. Air-conditioning works great. There is no patio chairs to sit in. Those swi ging chairs are useless (rusty and uncomfortable. Patio faces East and the curtains are sheer and ripped at the top topmakingmakinh them hard to close. Black out curtains would be ni
