This luxury vacation home at Casa Redonda is located 3.5 miles south of San Pedro Town & can accommodate up to eight guests comfortably and is right in front of the breathtaking turquoise sea.

You’ll have incredible views from nearly every part of Casa Redonda’s upper level, which accommodates up to 8 guests with four bedrooms & three baths in 4,300 square feet (400 m²) of space.
You’ll especially love the 1800 square foot (167 m²) veranda! There is a shaded breakfast area, a covered bar area with multi color tiling, and still plenty of space for an open air dining table for up to eight and several lounge chairs. The balcony that encircles the house has multiple access points, including via three of the four bedrooms.

There is easy access to and from town either by bicycle, golf cart, or taxi. Any tours you decide to take the boat will pick you up at the end of the pier.

From the beautiful veranda, enter your beach home to the spacious “great room” with kitchen, dining & living areas all under a gorgeous gabled ceiling of native Belizean woods. The large windows & glass doors allow beautiful views of the sea while cooking, dining and relaxing.

The living area has three large sofas which make for easy socializing! And there is an entertainment center in a built-in armoire when you want to relax in front of your favorite movie or show. The dining table comfortably seats eight.

The fully equipped gourmet kitchen has a central island with professional stainless steel oven/stove and breakfast bar, a large refrigerator with ice maker, a dishwasher, and other small kitchen appliances. Enjoy beautiful touches such as the granite counter tops and custom-made mahogany wood cabinets.

The principal bedroom has a king bed and en suite full bath with stall shower and separate tub. The bedroom has a large window and a sliding glass door that allow panoramic views of the sea as well as balcony access.

The second and third bedrooms each have beautiful original wall murals done by a local artist. Each of these rooms has a sliding glass door to the balcony. Between these two bedrooms is a “jack & jill” double sink area (with an entry from each bedroom) and a separate toilet and tub/shower room. One bedroom has a king bed (which can be made in to twins) & one has a queen.

The fourth bedroom is the smallest, but still plenty spacious with the closet area being just outside the bedroom itself in a private corridor. It has a queen bed & guests would use the full bath (with tub/shower) just off the living room.

All the bedrooms have mini-split air conditioning units, so can be individually climatized.

Your private pool is 37 x 18 feet (11.25 x 5.5 meters) with the deepest part 6.5 feet (2 meters) and it has an infinity edge which faces the sea. You’ll have plenty of space for relaxing on the many cushioned lounge chairs on the two pool decks, plus of course the nearby hammock! You won’t be short of fabulous views while swimming, eating and relaxing here.

The pier is available to guests between 6 am and 6 pm; it is shared with our next door neighbors where any tour operator will pick you up and drop you off for excursions. Fishing off the pier is quite popular and the palapa at the end of the pier keeps you cool in the shade.

Note that if you rent this upper level, your party will have the home to yourselves; the lower level will not be rented to others while you are there.
