About this apartment rental
Weekly rental only, Saturday to Saturday. Walk to Beach! This is comfortably decorated and designed for a great family vacation. Very clean and spacious with all the comforts of home. Central air and ceiling fans. Very large newly landscaped yard. Enjoy one condo with your family or invite extended family or friends. You can vacation together and yet maintain your own privacy and space.
Each private side by side first floor condo contains all amenities including fully-equipped eat-in kitchen with dish washer, tile floor, microwave oven, blender, mixer and coffee maker. Living room is large and also includes cable TV with HBO and DVD/VCR. All new wall to wall carpeting throughout. The large 40 foot x 80 foot newly landscaped yard (with barbecue, picnic tables, chairs, and hammock) provides plenty of outdoor space for relaxing for young and old alike. There is even an outdoor enclosed hot water shower that feels great when cleaning up after a fun day at the beach. Washer and dryer included.
Our vacation condos are located in a lovely quiet residential area on St. Paul, in the Lower part of Wildwood Crest. Just three blocks from the beach on a quiet residential block. It is also just a short walk to restaurants, a Philadelphia-style deli, Ice Cream Parlor, and Sunset Lake. You'll find Sunset Lake to be a truly charming spot for evening walks, gorgeous sunsets, fishing, crabbing, jet skiing, boating, water-skiing, waverunners, and shore history (The Revolutionary War Battle of Turtle Gut was fought here... we Won!).
Other places to visit that are just a short drive away: Cape May County Zoo, Wildwood Boardwalk, Victorian Cape May, Historic Cold Spring Village, Wetlands Environmental Center, Anglesea and Cape May Lighthouses, Summer stock theaters and concerts, and Lemmings Run Gardens; thirty minutes to the Casinos in Atlantic City. Bus service is available close-by.

The condo was clean, comfortable, and cozy. Mary was an excellent host. She made sure we were taken care of and she keeps the condo well stocked with necessities. Mary is super kind and friendly and she was always available to answer any questions. The property is in a nice quiet neighborhood that is walking distance to most anything you need. I highly recommend this rental for families looking for a safe and fun vacation!

Mary was there to greet us upon our arrival. The condo was adorable with old school beach house charm Very clean. Everything just as described. Thank you Mary and family for sharing your little piece of heaven at the beach with us.

Our family absolutely ADORES this property. Mary and Rich are so kind and came right over to check on us and to tell us more about the property. Mary was very accessible with any questions we had. Some things we truly enjoyed:
1. The yard! The butterflies and plants are gorgeous. Very spacious.
2. The location! 3 blocks to the beach and one block to a lovely bay walk! Close to many restaurants and not too far to the Wildwood boardwalk.
3. The quiet street. With a 4 year old, need I say more?
4. The amenities! Wifi, cable, full kitchen, nice sized rooms, comfy living room, washer/dryer, outside shower.... the list goes on.
5. Easy parking! We could park right outside of the home. So convenient.
This spot is magnificent. I love that it still has the "older beach house" feel to it. Brings back many memories for me.
The home and property are very well kept. Highly recommend. Our little dog loved it too :) We will definitely be back next year!

Close to the lake and not a bad walk to the beach. Close to a few coffee places that is nice for a morning walk. Outside shower was nice for not tracking sand in. Owners responded right away to any issues.
