About this apartment rental
Welcome to our Penthouse in the Aguamarina part of Cabo Roig. It has just been remodeled to the highest standards for you to enjoy. It has two bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, american style kitchen, living room and three balconies/roof terraces. It also features a storage room and a secure underground garage spot. The kitchen is fully equipped for your if you want to do your own cooking. Otherwise you have tons of restaurants and bars just outside your doorstep! You have about 200 meters to the nearest supermatket, and a 5 minute drive to Zenia Boulevard (One of Spains biggest malls) and 3-4 famous golf courses.
The apartment features a big screen TV, playstation, bluetooth speaker, electrical reclining chairs and first class beds for your full pleasure. Of course it also has AC and central heating in every room. On the terraces you have dining possibilities, a big stone grill, loungers etc.
If you want to enjoy the sun you can either choose to do it on one of the roof terraces or down by the relaxing pool area, which is located right on the famous beach walk of Cabo Roig with spectaculars view of the ocean as well.
We will do our very best to fulfill all your requests and wishes for your holiday stay. Everything (Water, electricity, fibre-wifi, international tv-channels, bed linnen, towels etc.) is included in the rental price except for a final cleaning/laundry fee of 70€, that is to be paid directly to our property manager.

It is a very nice apartment, very well equipped and maintained, the people who own it have thought of everything to make your stay there very comfortable, the complex is maintained to a high standard as well, the lawn is well kept as is the swimming pool, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment to anyone, Jesper is very helpful and knowledgeable.

Apartment was modern and had everything we needed. Very convenient for restaurants, especially as we didn't have a car. Good handover and communication.

La casa es una preciosidad tal y como se ve en las fotos. Tiene todo tipo de menaje y la decoración es ideal. Está todo nuevo.
Las terrazas del piso superior con los sofás hacen que la estancia sea una delicia. Corre mucho el viento y no pasas el calor que esperarías en agosto en esa zona. Perfecto para cenar una barbacoa mirando las estrellas.
Tanto los sofás abatibles como los colchones son una maravilla y te permiten descansar y relajarte a la perfección.
Al llegar además todo estaba impoluto, contando con agua fresca en la nevera y el aire acondicionado conectado para tener la casa fresca.
En la urbanización hay una piscina de adultos y otra de niños y cuenta con garaje y trastero y se respira un ambiente de familiaridad. Zona muy tranquila con todos los servicios, desde todo tipo de restaurantes a un supermercado, farmacia, panadería, estanco... Un paseo de no más de cinco minutos para llegar a la playa más cercana (diez al volver porque es cuesta arriba jeje) aunque en los alrededores hay otras playas más.
La atención tanto del dueño como de la persona que entrega y recoge las llaves es muy correcta, pendientes de que no te falte de nada.
En resumen, un alojamiento de 10. Recomendable al 100%
