The property was older but perfect for a large group. We celebrated our mother's 80th birthday and there was a small apartment attached to give them privacy. The location was a walking distance to town, so you didn't have to drive (very busy town and parking was limited). The owner returned communications quickly.

The house is beautiful and plenty of room for families. It had everything you need for a great stay. The hot tubs are a great amenity and very welcoming after a day of walking/hiking. If I could do ten stars instead of a 5-star, this home would get it! Owner was great! Book this gem, you won’t be disappointed.

It was a perfect location for us near our wedding site of Sedona Heritage museum. Lots of space for everyone! Ample seating to visit. Very comfortable, not too fancy. Would have liked a little larger master bathroom. Beds were comfortable!

House we rented was in perfect location..10 minutes walk to downtown Sedona. Everything about the house was good except the internet was slow and kept getting kicked out of wifi. Also, there were a lot of dead bugs(cockroaches) and live bugs(spiders, beetles and others). I can handle bugs but prefer not to have next to the bed I slept in.
