About this villa rental
Dimora Pura is an exclusive property with pool immersed in the countryside but a short drive away from the sea. Set in a sunny, peaceful rural spot near Scicli, a charming baroque town and Unesco heritage site, this villa is the ideal retreat for those seeking privacy, comfort and relaxation. Surrounded by a large natural park - that changes colour with the seasons, from warm shades of yellow in summer to green again in spring - Dimora Pura offers spacious, well-equipped terraces and a lovely saltwater infinity pool. This old rural farmhouse has recently been restored with high quality natural materials and converted into an exclusive private residence. Spread over one level, it includes six comfortable bedrooms (one of which is in a loft), six luxurious bathrooms, a large kitchen and a living room with fireplace. The cosy interior, in perfect harmony with the style of the building, was carefully designed with comfort in mind and comes with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, washing machine and dishwasher. Dimora Pura is also an excellent base for exploring the beauties of south-east Sicily: from the amazing beaches and characteristic fishing villages of Sampieri, Donnalucata, Punta Secca, Marina di Ragusa, Portopalo and Marzamemi to the delightful baroque towns of Scicli, Modica, Ragusa Ibla, Noto and Syracuse; from the archeological sites of Kamarina and Cava d’Ispica to the Vendicari nature reserve.

Ground Floor: living room with fireplace, kitchen/living-room, 1 bathroom, 2 double bedrooms with en-suite shower, 1 double bedroom + loft with 2 single beds and en-suite shower, 2 double bedrooms with en-suite shower (accessed from outside).
Exterior:
1 bathroom, patio, terrace with dining area and bbq, garden, swimming pool, sun terrace.
Check-in: 16:00 - 21:00
Services included: final cleaning, bed linen and towels, water, electricity gas consumptions, air conditioning, heating
Extra services (to pay on the spot): safety deposit euro 1.000 in cash.

Fantastic two week stay in a beautiful, peaceful, rustic villa. The villa is situated only a 10 min drive from Sampiere beach which was good for swimming, walking with good parking. It’s also close to Scicli which is a lovely baroque town with lots of dining options. The pool at the villa was lovely and kept beautifully clean. The house was well stocked and tastefully decorated . Salvo the host was amazing. We would highly recommend.

Beautifully decorated and large house with all the amenities one could need. Located in the countryside just 10-15m from the beach. Very friendly and reactive host who has plenty of recommendations.

The villa was in first rate condition, plenty of space and the large kitchen it had all the things we needed and more. A lovely swimming pool which was well maintained. Beds and linen were of the highest quality. A relief to find that there were plenty of plates,cutlery pans etc so no problems preparing our own meals which could be enjoyed on large tables outside or inside. There was a large BBQ which was perfect for preparing one of our dinners.
The villa is in a long way from other properties, shops and restaurants. Ideal if you want peace and quiet, but a car is essential. Our host and his wife provided us with plenty of on line information about restaurants shops and places to visit. Most useful.
The one thing that impressed me most was that, as we had three small children I confirmed at the outset that child cots would be available. Only a few days before we left one of the mothers realised that she would not have sufficient space to bring a baby bouncer (a lightweight rocking chair) for her six month old daughter. On contacting the villa to ask if we could hire one locally I was told that a baby bouncer would be provided free of charge. First rate service.

My husband and I stayed in Dimora Pura Villa for one whole week with 8 of our friends from all over the world. It is a very comfortable villa for all of us! The villa is tastefully decorated, and well-equipped with anything that we needed. The nice outdoor furnitures came very handy anytime of the day while we relaxed, and enjoyed the 2 covered patios with large tables and benches for our meals outside. The pool is magnificent, and very private.
Thank you Salvo and Stefania for hosting all of us, and for being there with whatever we requested during our stay. Your prompt communication helped us tremendously while staying in the villa and it's proper. We can not ask for better hosts!
