This 2,100 SqFt villa has 4 Bedroom / 3 Bathroom with an oversized pool & spa, conveniently located in Hamlet at West Haven, a gated community next to Champions Gate Golf Resort (2 golf courses) off I-4, just 5 miles (1 exit away on I-4) to the main gate of Disney World. The villa has a complete package of BBQ grill, High-speed internet, and gameroom.
With 2,100 square feet living space, Hamlet villa is very roomy and bright owed to its cathedral ceilings and bay windows design by the #1 home builder - US Home. It is luxuriously furnished and beatifully decorated by the professional interior designer. The villa has two master en-suites with its own large private bathroom, one with king-size bed and one with queen-size bed, two guest rooms with two twin beds in each, and a queen size sofa sleeper. Hardwood floor in every room. It comfortably sleeps 2 to 10 people.
The southeast facing swimming pool and spa bring in the beautiful Florida sunshine all day long. Both the pool and spa can be optionally heated. The Lanai is fully screened to keep the bugs out while allowing the sunshine to come in. The pool also comes fitted with a child safety fence and gate.
There is a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful separated dinning room and a breakfast nook. Phones, Cable TVs, a DVD, VCR, Playstation 2, radio/CD player in the family room. Bed linen and towels are provided. Separate laundry room with washer and dryer. High chair, crib, and stroller are also available. High-speed intenet is free of connection and use.
The two-car garage is converted into a bright air-conditioned game room with a standard size pool table, foosball, soccer, air-hockey.
The villa is managed by a professional local management company with a 24/7 emergency telephone number. This villa is pet-friendly (Pets fee applicable).

We stayed to take the kids to Disney for Christmas. This was our first time in Florida for a vacation and the gated community setting was great

The owner and property manager was great as always. This is our 4 time staying at one of there properties. The house is older and need updates but it had everything we need. Besides the decor all the beds where extremely comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi was awesome. The biggest issues was the pool screens missing but i can tell from looking at the pools in the neighborhood that they had the same damage. If you are going to epic its in a great spot to i4. Good shopping and restaurants nearby. I would stay again. If you looking for updated decor this is not the place. If you dont care like me its wonderful. It will sleep 10 people easily.

Ann and Gary are very nice and the place was okay but it does really need a deep clean, and there’s no cleaning supplies to clean it. The pool costs extra to hear which we didn’t know based on the listing so something to be aware of. Location was great and it’s awesome you can bring pets!
