Walk to everything from this beautiful 1,400 square foot, two-bedroom/bath condominium in idyllic Pentwater: lakes, beach, boating, shopping, restaurants!
• Located on the main street (560 South Hancock) of downtown Pentwater, with gorgeous views of Pentwater Lake from balcony/patio of second floor unit.
• 10-minute walk to Charles Mears State Park, which serves as Pentwater’s public beach, and is located on the beautiful coastline beach of Lake Michigan—just to the north of the channel, connecting Lake Michigan and Pentwater Lake.
• Open, hardwood floor plan offers kitchen/eating area/living room with sliding glass doors opening to spectacular views of the Pentwater marina and lake from a large second-story deck.
• Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a charming grocery market/deli located next door.
• Master bedroom has queen-sized bed and adjoining full-bathroom with large bathtub; second bedroom has two twin-sized beds. Both rooms are carpeted.
• One reserved parking spot with additional guest spots; stairs and elevator access to the second floor entry.
• 32-inch flat screen TV with DVD player and wireless Internet.
• Air-conditioned, but living room ceiling fan and outside air is usually more than adequate with Pentwater’s climate.

The condo is very nice, clean and very well maintained. It is very definitely in the heart of town with views of Pentwater Lake. You can easily walk to see the town, shop, eat and enjoy the views!! It is conveniently located near Lake Michigan with a beautiful beach and campground! Just be aware that the parking is very small or limited, during the day it’s busy traffic that is loud noise going around the busiest corner to town. Sitting on the deck was great but hard to hear each other talk. Many added rules or other details that you learn when you book. Thanks Rick
