Welcome to The Three Little Bears! This newly constructed 3,000+ sqft, 3-level cabin is nestled in scenic Wears Valley—just minutes from the attractions and restaurants of Pigeon Forge. With spectacular mountain views, a private indoor pool, home theater, game room, hot tub, Wi-Fi, and upscale furnishings, this semi-secluded retreat is the perfect getaway for families and friends alike.
Main Level:
This level includes the living room, kitchen, dining area, washer and dryer, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and access to the deck.
The living room features leather furnishings, including a sleeper sofa, a gas fireplace, and a large flat-screen TV.
The fully equipped kitchen comes with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, ample cabinet space, and all the cookware and tableware needed for meals.
The dining area provides seating for 10 at the table, with additional seating for 4 at the bar.
A stacked washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.
One bedroom offers a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and a private attached bathroom with walk-in shower and vanity.
The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed, flat-screen TV, and access to a Jack-and-Jill bathroom (tub/shower combo) shared with the hallway.
Step out onto the spacious deck and take in the stunning mountain views. The deck features a gas grill and plenty of seating.
Upper Level:
The upper level includes the open loft game room and 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms.
Enjoy a game of pool while taking in mountain views through the large windows.
Both bedrooms on this level include king-size beds and flat-screen TVs.
One bedroom has a private attached bathroom with walk-in shower and double vanity.
The second bedroom connects to a Jack-and-Jill bathroom (tub/shower) shared with the game area.
Lower Level:
This level features the theater room, bunk sleeping area, hall bathroom, indoor pool, and deck with hot tub.
Kick back in the theater room with leather wrap-around seating and a large-screen TV.
The bunk bedroom area includes 2 sets of triple bunk beds, ideal for kids.

Overall this cabin was great! It was clean and tidy as most are. The view was nice and the drive up was easy in dry conditions. I will say though that, for the price point, there were a few things that could have been disclosed ahead of our stay. We looked forward to swimming in the pool with a fireplace going but it was inoperative which was known by the host because it was stated in the welcome book. The photos of this cabin also make it look like it’s kind of stand alone but it’s not. There is another cabin less than 40 feet away. We like a more secluded vacation cabin but we had a great time nonetheless. These are things that should be disclosed when you’re spending 5k for an accommodation.

We loved it. Pool was great. Hot tub was great. View was great. Beds were very comfortable. The owners were so awesome. Only complaint, and it's a small one is the top bedrooms were a little warm.

We were a group of 6 adults and 4 kids. However felt that the cabin was very small for the price they charge. Similar or better cabins have been rented by us at half the price. Also nothing exclusive about the cabin. None of the TVs remotes were provided except for the XFinity remotes, hence we couldn’t do any YouTube/Netflix etc. Also internet signal is very week / non existent in the bottom floor specially around pool or bunk beds so couldn’t really operate from there for longer time periods
