About this cottage rental
Lovely 12 year old completely accessible, open and sunny, home sleeping 10 on first and second floor plus a finished basement with two bedrooms and a bath (available as necessary and only upon request for large groups- no heat) . First floor master with roll in shower and second bedroom with hall bathroom. On the second floor, one bedroom with two twins and one with a queen and a set of bunks. In the basement, one bedroom with a queen and another with a bunk. Classic cedar shake style with wood stove, hardwoods throughout, air and heat as well as screened in porch and outdoor shower. Solar and Geothermal. Three mile lovely bike ride, drive or walk to the beach. Close to wonderful beaches, woods/hiking, dining, biking! What more could you want! . Great deck and fire pit as well as space for outdoor games!

We were very pleased with the size of the house. We were 8 people and we had enough room to feel comfortable and not on top of each other. We stayed 5 nights for a graduation from Roger Williams University in Rhode Island and another ceremony at the University Of Rhode Island. The house was centrally locate between both universities. We had to contact Lynn with a few questions about the house. She got back to us quickly. She was very helpful with suggestions for the local area.

This house was perfect for our family of 10, including 4 children, ages 8-12. It was spacious and open and the screen porch and lovely grounds enabled board games and lawn croquet. Linens were plentiful, appliances worked well (except for the vacuum cleaner whose power nozzle floor brush did not turn). All in all, it was a superb experience. Thank you, John Russell
