About this apartment rental
The house is new and very pretty, everything is taken care of so that the guest can spend a quiet and comfortable holiday.
It is located on the ground floor of a semi-detached house and consists of kitchen-living room, double bedroom, bathroom with shower and private internal courtyard, where you can relax and dine outdoors in peace.
In addition to the double bed, there are two sofa beds. The parking space is private. The apartment, equipped with air conditioners, is bright and welcoming and what is supplied (pots, dishes etc.) allows you to be completely independent.
From Riola it is easy to reach the most famous beaches of Oristano including Is Aruttas, Mai Moi, Mari Ermi (famous for the beach with rice grains), Sa Mesa Longa, Putzu Idu, Mandriola, Su Pallosu, Sa Rocca Tunda, S'Archittu (known for its famous arch), Santa Caterina di Pittinuri, S'Anea Scoada, San Giovanni di Sinis.
In the areas of Putzu Idu it is sometimes possible to admire the famous pink flamingos and nearby is Capo Mannu a favorite destination for surfers and kiters.
Even out of season the possibility of excursions and naturalistic and archaeological visits is not lacking, including, for lovers of festivals and horses, the famous Sa Sartiglia which takes place in Oristano every year at the carnival or a visit to the ruins of Tharros.

Our Family (2 adults and 2 children) spent 2 weeks in that house. The house was very nice, clean and well equipped. The owners of house were very nice and helpful. We strongly recommend this accommodation.

It was a very nice vacation. We had a wonderful host without any complications. There were no negative surprises. Furthermore we had a very nice house where you have anything you need. The welcoming and the departure were easily done and with a nice atmosphere. It was a marvellous combination with Sardinia which is a special place on the earth.
As you can see there is no doubts which I would say! Hopefully again!
