Nice, cozy and comfy studio flat entirely independent with kitchen and private bathroom in the city center.
It 's a good opportunity to live or visit Bari in a inexpensive way enjoying all the comforts of a fully furnished apartment.
It consists of a living room, lofted queen-sized bed, bathroom with big shower, kitchen with fridge. The house is equipped with all the essentials: bed linen (sheets, towels), wi-fi adsl, it is calm and silent.
There is a double bed that is lofted away from the living room. There is also a sofa couch, so great for couples, or groups of up to 4.
In case of 2 guests the second bed is on request and with additional cost (15 euros for the entire stay and not per night).
Tourist tax: 2 euro per person per night for the first 4 nights only.
We don't provide breakfast.
The spaces keep the beauty of the original stone walls.
The apartment is ideal for someone who wants a comfortable base from which to explore the very best Bari has to offer by foot.
For the Bari tourist / visitor - the apartment is a relaxing oasis within walking distance to the many other attractions and landmarks.
The area is full of shops, typical bakery where you can find the famous “focaccia” and “panzerotti”. We will provide a map of the best locations in the area!
The flat is within WALKING distance of all the major central Bari tourist attractions, including:
- Teatro Petruzzelli;
- University;
- Train metro Station;
- Central Station;
- Old city;

from Bari Airport:
at Bari Airport take metro to Bari Q. Sella station. It’s only 5 minutes walking.
from Central Station:

After an initial problem gaining entry to the apartment, everything went well thereafter.
The apartment looks exactly as in the photos. The bed is comfortable. The apartment is very clean. Wi-Fi is strong and consistent. There is a couch which is the only comfortable place to sit. The kitchen chairs are very uncomfortable. Except for making breakfast, I did not cook in the kitchen. But the refrigerator and stovetop worked fine.
I choose the apartment based on suitability for a solo traveler, reasonable price, and proximity to the Central Station. I planned to take several day trips. That worked out exactly as expected. However, the apartment is located about a 30 minute walk from the central tourist area. That is where most of the restaurants are found. A few restaurants are within a 15 minute walk, but when I ate out, it was usually a 30 minute hike.
Thanks to Enrico and Pam for their quick response to my arrival problems. They are interested in helping all their tennants to enjoy the time in Bari.

This small Appartement is quiet nice! We accepted an larger property as it is sold for up to 4 person. But beside it - it is very nice! And very good located. Only 5 min. to go to the Train coming from the Airport. 20 min. Walk to the Beach and 15 min. to the historical Center as well as the harbor. Opposite the Appartement there is a Market opening at 7. And there are a lot of other Supermarkets, Bakeries etc. near by.
You'll find everything you need in the kitchen. Only the Pots are quite small same as the Pan. So do not plan to cook to much.
Most of all the owner, Enrico, is very nice. From the date of booking up to departure. You'll reach him at any time. He is going to respond quite quick.
