The apartment is located in Tignale-Olzano, in absolute panoramic position, only about 7 km from the lake. The apartment is furnished in style "Country Chic". Thanks to our interest in the environment, the furniture has been restored with eco-friendly paint. In "Borgo Le Vigne" energy-saving lamps, ecological soaps and detergents are used. The apartment has a high comfort. From the terrace and the large windows you can enjoy a unique view of the lake and the Monte Baldo massif. There is a beautiful common garden with barbecue and a car parking space available. Approximately 800 meters away is the center of Gardola, in which grocery stores, restaurants, pizzerias, a pharmacy and a medical practice are. Approximately 2 km away is the public outdoor pool (free admission for guests of "Borgo Le Vigne") and the Visitor Center. In a few minutes by car or shuttle bus (free for our customers) to reach the furnished beach "Pra de la Fam".

"LA VENDEMMIA": Three-room apartment (about 65 sqm) for 2-4 persons. Living room about 30 sqm with kitchenette, couch and satellite TV LCD 32 ", two bedrooms, bathroom with shower. Private balcony with lake view, and shared large garden with barbecue area.

Outdoor swimming pool in about 2 km, tennis in about 1 km, mountain biking, directly from the apartment (possibility to rent bicycles in the tourist office), sailing and surfing in the "port of Tignale", play golf about 15 km on the Golf course in Bogliaco

Tourist tax: From 01. 11. 14 the tourist tax is according to the currently valid local statute € 1.50 per person and day (all guests under 14 years are exempt). The tourist tax is used to partially protect and develop our landscape and other tourist services offered to the guest. This additional resource helps the communities to make their guests' stay more enjoyable and diverse.

allowed! The beloved animals are available for two bowls and a small mattress for sleeping.
