We love staying at Bernards place for FIB, location is 30 mins from the festival and it’s so spacious with air con in each room. Unfortunately we were let down by the cleanliness of the property this year the kitchen was unusable upon arrival until we had cleaned it - crumbs everywhere and sticky surfaces. It wouldn’t stop us staying again but just some feeeback!

The villa is beautiful was perfect for us, a group of 9 friends travelling for FIB! Very well equipped, air con in every room, dishwasher, WiFi - could not fault it!

I stayed in the villa with eight friends during Benicassim Festival. We loved the property, especially how close it is to the beach and a small supermarket. Communication with Bernard was always quick and we received our complete deposit back so no problems with check out. The air conditioning system was okay and everything was clean. We couldn't work out how to turn on the TV, but didn't really need it. Thank you Bernard, I'd definitely recommend this villa!

We were Very Happy with everything. Spacious, good standard, great location with walking distance everywhere. We would definitely come back.
