Fisherman's cottage on the ground floor, finely renovated in 2015 in Mediterranean style, with the typical colors of white and blue.
Located just in front of the beautiful coast of Salento, with a large beach just 30 meters.
The house of about 40 square meters has 4 beds with the possibility of an extra bed, kitchenette, and large bathroom with shower, air conditioning.
Internal court shared with two adjoining apartments, equipped with an outdoor shower.
They are available to customers, bed linen, bathroom and kitchen.
Simply crossing the road, you are already in front of a sandy and rocky beach with comfortable descents to the sea, but continuing the coastline in both directions, there are miles of wide beaches with alternating rocks and white sand.
Ideal for those who love sunbathing on the beach, and enjoy fishing, even underwater. The house is in the center of the seaside village. In the immediate vicinity there are bars, ice cream parlors, restaurants, supermarkets etc. And a small square with some little bike, where they often organize summer events.
