Renovation Notice – Long Beach Resort, Panama City Beach, FL
Long Beach Resort will undergo planned exterior renovations from August 18, 2025, through April 2026. Project setup and material deliveries will take place August 4–18, with construction beginning August 18. This work, coordinated by the Homeowners' Association, includes balcony and exterior repairs.
During this period, guests may experience construction noise, limited access to certain areas and pools, and temporary modifications to entryways.
• The Lagoon Pool and lagoon pool hot tub will be open until November 28th.
• The pool and hot tub between Towers 1 and 2 will be closed starting August 28th and will remain closed until November 28th.
• The pool and hot tub between Towers 3 and 4 will be closed starting October 20th and will remain closed until the end of the project.
• Beach access and condo entry will remain open throughout the project. Beach chair service will be available through October 31.
• Balconies will remain open until November 10th, and then will be closed by section thereafter.
Please note that all dates are approximate and subject to change based on construction progress. Rates have been adjusted accordingly to reflect any potential inconvenience during your stay. This notice has been posted as of 7/7/2025, no refunds will be given for any renovation related inconveniences for any reservation booked after this date.
This condo is located on the sixth floor of tower 1, the closest tower to the famous 'Pineapple Willy's' pier. Enjoy the floor to ceiling, wall to wall oceanfront view from every room of this spacious 750 square feet condo. Step out onto your private 30 feet balcony from both rooms, to feel the cool ocean breeze or watch another gorgeous Florida sunset. This condo will easily accommodate four people, with a king size bed in the master and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area. The dining table seats four, with two additional seats at the granite breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need if you have to cook! The large bathroom has a marble garden tub and double marble vanities. Also, new flat screens have been added in the master bedroom and living room. Long Beach is ideally located near all the great restaurants, amusement parks and shopping. Super Walmart is right across the street! There is a huge, 6800 square feet lagoon pool with islands and waterfalls, three whirlpool spas, two seasonally heated polynesian pools, a seasonal poolside bar and grill, parasailing, jet ski, and umbrella chair rental on-site, and 24 hour security and gated access with plenty of parking.

Pictures showed lounge chairs and table/chairs when we booked I Would recommend the unit and would book again

The flooring was carpet and brown. The tub was dated and had mold around it inside the calk. The toilet paint was coming from the seating. The bathroom needs a complete update. The kitchen utensil holder was dirty. The patio looks as if it hadn't been cleaned in forever. The throw pillows wasn't clean along with the sofa. We spent atleast 2 hours leaning.
