About this apartment rental
Discounts for six month stays. Two month minimum. Excellent location. Five minute walk to beach. Three minutes to LAX, close to theaters, shopping and restaurants. Beautiful tree top view. 1 parking spot available in garage and there is on street parking. Tennis courts, gym, pool, 24 hour security guard. Exceptionally clean, shoe free house. Close to Manhattan Beach and Malibu. Fast wifi with a comfortable workspace. Great for a staycation or as a work-from-home alternative. Due to the coronavirus, we’re taking extra care to disinfect frequently all touched surfaces between reservations.

The owner was a great communicator. She had lots of helpful information about the area and was very easy to work with. The condo has a great location that is close to everything. It is near to the airport but it is very quiet when you are inside. The beach was huge and had very few tourist. Condo pool is very active and the neighbors were friendly. The condo was clean and designed with international travel in mind.
